How to Measure Your Feet

1

Prepare Your Materials

Get a piece of paper, a pencil, and a ruler or measuring tape. Wear the type of socks you plan to wear with your shoes.

2

Trace Your Foot

Place the paper on a hard floor against a wall. Stand with your heel against the wall and trace around your foot, keeping the pencil perpendicular to the paper.

3

Measure Length

Measure from the heel to the longest toe. This is your foot length. Repeat for both feet and use the larger measurement.

4

Find Your Size

Compare your measurement to the size chart above. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.

Sizing Tips

  • Measure your feet in the evening when they're at their largest
  • Always measure both feet as they can differ in size
  • Consider the type of socks you'll wear with the shoes
  • Different brands may fit differently, so check specific brand sizing when available
  • If you're between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort
  • For athletic shoes, consider going up half a size for extra room
  • Remember that shoe width is also important for proper fit
